So I've heard from Masaomi. Hell, even the school here is like that. Can't say it makes sense to me, even understanding the reasons. Even if you don't become a ninja, if you wait that long to pick a job in my world you're in trouble.

I guess it's some big line about having a better skilled workforce. It's hard to get a job, sometimes, on a high school diploma alone. Or -- at least, it is when you can't actually tell anyone about your real day job.
