What can Shikamaru learn about this character? Ion can be read like a book, mainly because he really has nothing to hide. He's kind and a little too trusting, as well as physically frail and weak. At the same time, however, he can be strong-willed, and he acts much older than he looks (despite being much younger than he looks). Cheyenne is much harder to read, seeing as her emotions are so muted and she always wears a blindfold to hide her eyes. She's not going to be very secretive about what she is, so I imagine he'll find out sooner or later that she's a little girl who eats souls. :|b Can he hack their filters? Yes to both. They both suck at filters.
Can he use Kagemane no Jutsu on them? Yes to both. I imagine it'll come in handy for Cheyenne, since she's the only one you'd have to worry about. If yes, what is he allowed to do? The only thing I ask is not to do anything that were permanently disfigure them. I specify this because Cheyenne's power can only be used through her eyes, but technically without them, she'll starve to death. And that's not cool. 3: How strong is this character?
