As far as powers and abilities go, Shikamaru would only learn about those if he sees them; Hitsguaya doesn't really talk about them.
Alexis is an open book. She likes it that way, for the most part. Almost anything is fair game: she's an affluent kid, big heart, easygoing, practical.
Can he hack their filters? Yep, up to 100%. Hitsugaya can make something unhackable, but he rarely cares to.
