[Through the afternoon and evening, Shikamaru can be found in various places around the village: digging through things in shops, searching through grass and shrubs and so on. He hasn't been around the village much in the last two days, busy elsewhere with his deer.

Now it almost seems like he's making up for it. One minute you might walk past him digging through the trash behind a building, only to go in to find he's inside already (probably asking if the place has a lost and found). Someone's busy.]

[And instead of explaining that proper, Shikamaru will just go to his room to get it. He brings them back in a wooden box. And opens it up.]

[Shikamaru dumps on the table-- not too loudly, so as to be nice to the cat. He's not especially enthusiastic (or what counts as enthusiastic by his standards) but he's making an effort to get into it.]

There's two ways to do this. Legit vs. Classic.

Legit, you make an attempt to play by the book. Divide up the pieces, play by turns, make sure numbers line up.

[He puts two dominoes down 5/7 and 2/7, and lines them up so the sevens match.]

Classic... [Well, he doesn't say anything. Just starts picking up dominoes and balancing them carefully upright.]

[Shikamaru has a lot of dominoes okay. So provided they aren't knocking anything over, this could go on for a while.]

[Okay, this is kind of cool. Look at all of this stuff they're making. ...Is that all there is to it? Sure, he doesn't mind this at all, but...]

No permanent fix, but Shikamaru likes to think he's helping.]

[It's helpful enough. The best way to deal with things involving Silver is to distract him, after all. To make him "move forward."

But yeah we totally have a well constructed gigantic domino maze fortress chain thing. This is pretty cool.]

[There. Final one is in place now. It's gone from the living room, down the hallway, where Shikamaru is standing now.]
