Appointment's Post II

This post is for threading with Shikamaru anytime and anywhere. It can be used for action tags or the ping feature on journals (voice or written) to get in contact with him for personal conversations. A little, now that it's getting to afternoon.

[High noon, actually.]

You should get some rest eventually.

[A moment's pause, filled with the eating of more junk food, and then Chouji shifts his wings slightly.] Do you have any idea what's going on with these?

["None whatsoever," is his first thought, with a cheeky smirk. It'd be fun to see people keep wondering about this.

But... it's still Chouji. And regardless of the situation, Chouji is still one of his best friends. He sounds very bored and disappointed with the topic, however, when he gives into honesty.]

Did you read anything about those Spirits, when I had you look at the Guide?

Yeah, a little. They’re the ones doing this? [Shikamaru sounds even less enthusiastic than usual, and Chouji looks at him a little more closely, pausing momentarily in his junk food breakfast.]
