This post is for threading with Shikamaru anytime and anywhere. It can be used for action tags or the ping feature on journals (voice or written) to get in contact with him for personal conversations. You can take a leave of absence if you need it, you know. I'm not begrudge you any for it.

It's not all about favors for them. It's your ticket out of here, if they extend the invitation.

They don't just push you around the whole time?

They expect you to meet the goals they've set. If you're doing that and not causing them problems, depending on the mission a lot of it can be left up to you.
